Any user will find the Proform 705ZLT Treadmill simple to use due to the control console which can be used to change the belts speed or incline with just one touch for each. The belt is powered up by a reasonable quiet 2.25 HP Commercial Grade, self cooling drive motor and the belt is 51cm x 140cm with speed options from 0mph up to 11.2 mph and goes from flat up to a 10% incline. The belt has built in cushioning, using the Flex Response its designed to act just like your shoe and buffer the impact between your heel and the treadmill, for a more comfortable stride and step.
The 705ZLT comes with 16 programs of workouts which are: 8 programs aimed at calorie goals and another 8 timed, to increase the speed and distance covered in your workout time, and they are also available for heart rate control.
For the heart rate control you get a included chest heart rate receiver that can be used continually for a accurate heart-rate reading displayed directly on the console and intergration with the built in and the bought separately Ifit programs.
On the console you get a Bright Green LED display to keep track of your progress and there is a Integrated connection for use with racetrack MP3 / Ipod audio and also built in 2-2 inch speakers for music while you workout.
The treadmill also has a slot for Ifit cards, which contain structured workouts which cover a average of a 8 week time frame and they cover: weight loss, general health and improving fitness. During these workouts you will get vocal feedback through the speakers.
Treadmill comes with Space Saver Design so you can vertically fold and store the treadmill for increasing the amount of space when its not in use.
We think this is a really good buy for under the 500 pound bracket, with enough features and programs to keep any user happy. It is quiet, smoothly run and controlled, with cushioning for easy running, also it even comes with a free heart-rate chest receiver, which we would advise for any user to go and buy, but you get it free and its all covered by a 2 year on site parts and labour warranty with 5 years on the motor.(as long as you register within 28 days of purchasing.)
